   Customized items (e.g., ID cards, printed uniforms) are non-returnable. Defective items may be replaced if reported within 3 days of delivery, with valid proof.

   Logos, student data, or designs provided for production are used only for fulfillment and remain the property of the institution.

6. Limitation of Liability:
   Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
